DSH Series Cone-shape Screw Spiral

Introduction

The cycloid planetary gear speed reducer is connected with the central screw and outside spiral ribbon to rotate with same speed. The central screw will lift the material from the bottom to the top during the running and meanwhile the spiral ribbon with higher speed will lift the material from the top to the bottom, the two lifting movement will then move around tangent direction to throw the material in the air, the instant convection will make the rapid mixing happen.

Application

It is suitable for the painting, coating and adhesive with the viscosity within 200000Cp, especially for the non-Newton fluid with high solid content.
