 It applies to the lubrication of large-sized  open gears employed in the industries such as   metallurgy, mining, cement, chemical engineering, papermaking (for  example, ball mill, rotary kiln, excavator, blast furnace material distribution  machine ) as well as steel wire rope and chains. It is featured by exceeding  certain space and spraying lubricating grease onto the frictional surfaces on  directed and quantitative basis.

Use  grease with cone penetration 265~385(25?,150g) 1/10mm (NLGI0#~1#) or lubricating  oil with minimum viscosity grade N120.

? . Use instruction

  1. The used lubricating grease should be filtered  with uniform texture and used within the grade range of specified cone  penetration and viscosity.

  2. Three large pneumatic parts should be set in  the air admission pipeline to ensure that the air is clean, dry and  pressure-constant.

  3. No air is allowed to enter the grease  transmission piping so as not to influence mist spray.
