Dry Filter

The baffle plate filter device is formed by a plurality of pieces of the bow plate, and is arranged in front of the spray paint chamber, and the structure and air flow are shown in Figure 1-1. When the air containing paint mist through the baffle plate gap, the gas flow direction and vertical two times, so that the paint mist and baffle plate collision, the coating particles adhered to the plate.

Baffle plate filter device is simple in structure and does not produce obstruction. However, due to the evaporation of solvent, the loss of sticky paint particles can not be blocked, so it is not good to separate the use of baffles.

Production of steel plate with 1.5 ~ 2.0mm thick plate. To facilitate the cleaning, in the surface coated with a coating abscission agent or butter paste paper, so that the adhesion of waste paint easy to peel off.

Baffle plate should be cleaned frequently, which is convenient for installation and disassembly in structure design.

Baffle plate also can be made of cardboard, use for a period of time, after the adhesion paint mist can be discarded, replace the new plate.
