Quality nipple drinking system

Huabo supply the nipple drinker as the standard for Chinese poultry industry. And Huabo nipple drinking system keep supplying the freshest and clear water for chicken. Huabo nipple drinkers are made of top quality stainless steel and all plastic components are also made of quality materials. Huabo nipple drinkers can be used from day old chicks to removal.

3.Main features of Huabo nipple driner

Nipple shell top about 6mm higher than water pipe bottom to avoid sediment into nipple

Nipple can be touched by any sides,up-down,left-right

No leakage within 24hours under quiescent state

4.Water pipe

Square water pipe, keep nipple upright on water pipe

Material:PVC with light resistance

Two types of pipe connector,short one stick together with the pipe by glue.

The long one is movable to prevent heat-expansion and cold-contraction of pipe.

5.Regulator

Two-way regulator in the middle of water line

One-way regulator in the end of water line with two-inlet valve

Main features of Huabo regulator

Under the same water pressure Huabo regulator water flow is about 30% more than Lubing,its

inner design is bigger for larger water flow.

Adjust the bottom knob to achieve ideal water pressure.

Water valves beside regular is for water flush.

Drink cup

One arm cup for easy access to drinking nipple, and get more space for water

Two arm drink cup,much more stronger

For HIGH FLOW DRINKERS( More than 80ml/min), must be used together with drinker cup.

Suspension system for nipple drinking system

Suspension point distance:3m each,could be customized

Clear sight water tube fixed on nylon rope,avoid shaking.

Transparent sight tube, easy for observing the water level of whole drinking line.

Suggestions:

From one day to 7 days,recommended height:10-15cm

7 days to 15 days,15-25cm height

After 15 days,25-40cm height,increasing 1cm per day until the highest water level.

Note:In Summer or during high rearing density, heighten water level 3-5cm.

Winch

Controlled by manual winch or automatic winch for easily operating

Surrounded spring to avoid damage caused by incorrect operation during lift the drinking system.

Inlet and outlet water pressure under different rearing period

Inlet water pressure in different rearing period:300000pa

Outlet water pressure in different rearing period:

From one day to 7 days,1000-1500pa

7 days to 15 days,1500-2500pa

After 15 days,2500-4000pa

Attentions:

Before adding medicine, turn off water inlet valve.

After adding, stop water inleting, make medicine fully dissolution in water pipe,and then clean mediator tank and straw head part, after this,add clean water in medicator tank, keep mediator working and washing, stop after 2 hours.

Water flushing every two days, wash water pipe after adding medicine 2 hours, each line must be flushed separately.

Note:Turn on end water valve,in case water line damaged for high water pressure.
