Product Description

Desuperheat system is combined by steam pressure reducing system, attemperator system, safety ststem, and the Cotnrol Loop.

Pressure reducing system is consist of pressure reducing valve, conduction multi pressure or special desin to reduce the steam pressure to an customer needs, while control the nosise at an acceptance level.

Attemperator sytem, through Ring Style, insertion style as well as BFW control valve to rapidly reduce the steam temperaure.Its variable geometry spray nozzles ensure complete mixing and rapid vaporization of spray water for efficient temperature control. Meanwhile intergated valve with spray nozzle is available for wide rangeability.

Safety system, safety valve and by pass line is consider acoording to requirements.

Control Loop, Accuare control loop with positioner and Temperatue/Pressure
