PU building material is better than PS material:

PS molding is made of recyclable waste plastic material, so it is not environment friendly. And it contains many toxic substances

It is brittle and can crack easily.

There is no lots of patterns, the modeling is single.

Though the price is lowest and the sales market is not bad a few years ago, the shortcomings of the PS moldings are exposed along with the competition in the market.

Texture is poor, lack of wood texture, feels like it is cheap.

It isn’t fireproof, once burning, PS material is the best combustible.

In the installation process can only be fixed with iron sheets. The iron sheets will be fracture easily after 2-3 times installation.

The feeling, texture, three-dimensional, environment protection, toughness of PU material is better than those of PS material.

In aspect of fire resistance, corrosion resistance, heat insulation and heat stability, the PU material is superior than PS material.

PU building material is better than gypsum material:

PU moldings’ installation is very easy. The three-dimensional sense of the pattern on the surface is strong. The performance is better than plaster molding when it is installed correctly.

Plaster molding is heavier than PU mouldings, it can be fragile and fracture easily. It isn’t safe enough because it contains glass fiber.

Plaster molding is easy to becomes yellow and damp over time.

1.What’s your minimum order quantity?

PU Mouldings’ MOQ is 100pieces. If you need custom mouldings, the MOQ will be one 20GP.

2.How about the payment?

30%T/T in advance, balance 70%T/T before shipment.

We will E-mail you a proforma invoice with our company stamp first, after you confirm the proforma invoice, you can pay the deposit. We arrange to produce products after the payment in our company bank account. And all products pictures and package pictures will be sent to you before delivery. We will send goods after we receive the other 70% payment in balance.

3.How long will your products keep intact?

At least for 70 years.

4.How long is the production time?

It depends on which and how many products you ordered. The production time of conventional size mouldings will be shorter than big size mouldings. For example:

Breadth:150mm production capacity:30pieces/day

Breadth: 40mm production capacity:60pieces/day
