Selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of flue gas denitrification technology


Nitrogen oxides (NOX) formation

NOX formation from coal combustion there are 3 main categories:

• Heat: combustion oxidation of nitrogen and oxygen in air at high temperatures generated.

• Fast: the high regional concentration of hydrocarbons in the fuel in the fuel produced by combustion of hydrocarbons react with nitrogen in the air to form compounds such as HCN and CN continues to be generated by oxidation.

• Fuel type: fuel in the thermal decomposition of nitrogen compounds during the combustion process, generated further oxidation.




Nitrogen oxides (NOX) pollution control technology

Selective catalytic reduction (SCR)

Selective catalytic reduction method (Selective Catalytic Reduction, SCR for short) under certain conditions of temperature, flue gas NOX and NH3 occur in catalyst reaction of reducing agent, generating product for toxic pollution-free N2 and H2O.
