We are the expert supplier for kinds of cylinder forgings. All of the cylinder ends were made from close die forged with forging tools. The biggest cylinder forgings reach to 150kg/pcs, we forge them in our 12,000 ton press which is the biggest forging equipments in our area.

 

The raw materials of the cylinder forgings including kinds of carbon steels, alloy steels and stainless steels, like the S355JR, S355J2G3, St52, Q345B, Q345D, C45, 316L, etc.

 

All of the cylinder forgings will be sand blasted before machining in our factory.

 

We supply the cylinder forgings with un-machined, pre-machined or CNC machined according the customer’s drawings.
