Our Mould Packaging details:

Step 1, the mould covered with anti-corrosive oil inside.

Step 2, mould outside paint with anti-rust oil and plastic film outside.

      Or painting some special colors like blue color, yellow color, etc, and plastic film outside.

Step 3, final packed into wooden case.

A1: It usually takes 15-20 days.

Q2: What kind of warranty can you provide us with? 

A2: 2 years warranty for frames since sold. If quality problem occurs, please feel free to contact us.

Q3: If goods are damaged after receipt, what can I do? 

A3: Please provide us with valid proof, then we will send you the same products at the next order.

Q4: What should my valid proof be if my goods are broken? 

A4: Please simply set all your damaged goods in rows and columns, then take a video for us to show how goods are damaged.
