Main purpose: use as the raw material for polyvinyl acetate coating.Also used as a synthetic rubber softener.

Corrosive. Density is 1.018; Melting point 71.6 ?; Boiling point 185 ?; Refractive index (nD80) 1.4228; Flash point is 88 ?. Solubility: soluble in water, soluble in ethanol, ether, toluene, acetone, etc.

Storage: Suggest seal in a cool and dry storage. Avoid contact with strong oxidants and strong alkali.
