Application Notes

Feature	Cream antitack prevents the sticking together of uncured sheets and blanks. Cream antitack is quickly and easily dispersed in water. The good wetting of the rubber compuunds to be separated ensures a favourable separating behaviour whether the film is in a moist or dry condition. Cream antitack is also suitable for light-coloured and transparent qualities, since it caused no turbidity. The zinc stearate in cream antitack dissolves easily in hot rubber compounds or during the curing process in rubber; consequently the vulcanizates show no traces of the release agent. Cream antitack causes no problems during the processing. It also has no infuluence on the physical properties nor on the ageing behaviour of the vulcanizates.
Use	Due to its low viscosity, cream antitack can be directly diluted to the required concentration. It is recommended that cream release agent is diluted with water in the ratio 1:10 up to 1:20

Safety and Transport:	Cream antitack is not classified as dangerous goods according to transport legislation. So we should transport it in term of non-dangerous goods. It has not any hurt if you use it in right way.
Storage	Cream antitack should be stored under cool and dry conditions. If these rules are obeyed, the product can be stored for at least one year. The production date is stated on the lot number on the labels of each container
