Speed adjustable range of high speed electric spindle with constant torque:

General speed adjusting range is the thousands to tens of thousands of revolutions per minute, if the speed is not adjustable or adjustable speed range is small, so that the engraving machine application scope is very limited, because of different engraving materials must use different engraving head speed. In order to extend the service life of bearings for the spindle, electric spindle operation can use gas seal (without the use of a gas seal must use gas sealing plug), in front of the bearing in electric spindle formation pressure cavity, to prevent the cutting liquid and dust from entering the bearing, causing bearing damage.
