1.Main Machine

The main machine has the synchronization unit that guarantees the up and down blades to touch each other synchronously. Movement of the up and down blades is guided by four ultra wear-resistant guiding lead, driven by a large bore hydraulic drive, which lowers the operating pressure of the hydraulic unit but increases the splitting force easily. The two side blades are driven by independent hydraulic drive. The precise control system makes sure the reliable movement of the two side blades, which guarantees that four blades could split the concrete blocks synchronously and makes the concrete blocks get the most satisfactory fracture surface. The four blades are made of high strength ultra wear-resistant alloy, which makes sure long service life and they can be changed easily.

2.Automatic Concrete Block Supplier Device

Automatic concrete block supplier device is positioned in the front end of the main machine. The drive roller made of special materials conveys the concrete blocks to the axial line automatically, then the concrete blocks are pushed to the splitting position precisely by the hydraulic cylinder in order to meet the splitting requirement. In order to meet customers requirement to adjust conveniently according to different production rate the speed for the blocks supplier can be adjusted easily. The surface of rolling is handled specially, which is wear-resistant and can be changed easily.

3.Hydraulic Unit

The hydraulic unit consists of oil tank, valve block, fuel pump, electrical motor and other elements. The advanced element and fine design guarantee the reliable operation and low noise, which makes each hydraulic cylinder run stably and satisfies using requirement of the main machine.

4.Green Block Conveyor Power Roller Table

It is positioned in the end of the main machine. The power roller that is made of special design conveys the green concrete blocks that have been splitted to the products conveyors. Surface of the roller is handled specially, which is wear-resistant and can be changed easily.

5.Product Conveyor Rollaway Nest

There are two product conveyor rollaway nests. One is located in the front of the automatic block supplier device and the other is positioned in the end of the green block conveyor power roller table. Surface of the roller is handled specially, which is wear-resistant and can be changed easily.

6.Completely automatic control system consists of control table, inserted electrical elements, sensor, and control switch. All the elements are from international famous products. The control system controls the whole splitting process completely automatically via precise sensor and control switch.?
