Coating Line

Coating line flow is divided into: pretreatment, powder coating, heat cured. Manage the process, need to pay attention to the following points:

For conveying workpieces automatically in large quantities, in front of the oven again, carefully check for leak spray, gushing or topically toner, if nonconforming, should prevent well into the oven, remove the overlap as much as possible.
