? How to start CNC parallel lathe?

Open the power switch first, and then see green panel switch (after the panel is normal, if not normal, see red emergency switch is open), when the machine is ready to use 

If you want to process the parts, you have to make up the program, to the good tool coordinates.

If all is OK, press start in the automatic loop state.

? Environmental requirements for CNC parallel lathe

The normal use of the CNC parallel lathe must meet the following conditions. The power supply voltage fluctuation is small in the position of the machine tool, and the ambient temperature is less than 30, and the relative temperature is less than 80%.

1.Environmental requirement: The position of the CNC parallel lathe should be away from the vibration source, avoid direct sunlight and thermal radiation, and avoid moisture and air flow. If there is a vibration source near the CNC parallel lathe, it should be set up to prevent vibration. Otherwise, the machining accuracy and stability of the CNC parallel lathe will be directly affected, which will cause the electronic components to be in bad contact, and the failure will affect the reliability of the machine tool.

2.Power requirement: The CNC parallel lathe is installed in the machining workshop, which not only changes the environment temperature, but also uses poor conditions, and various electromechanical devices make the power grid fluctuate greatly. Excessive temperature and humidity will lead to lower life of the control system components and lead to more failures.
