Clarifier is used for clarifying green liquor or white liquor. It can separate the lime mud and dregs from the liquor with the help of gravity effect. Cleaner is used for washing dregs and lime mud and recover the residual alkali from it. 

Clarifier is single layer or multilayer gravity sedimentation equipment; cleaner is multilayer gravity sedimentation equipment. 

Clarification area, cleaning area and volume needed for one ton pulp each day and night 

Each ton pulp needs dregs clarification area 0.84-1.33m2, clarifying volume 1.7-2.34m3 

Each ton pulp needs dregs cleaning clarification area 0.84-1.33m2, clarifying volume 1.7-2.34m3 

Each ton pulp needs lime mud clarification area 0.85-1.5m2, clarifying volume 1.3-2.8m3 

Each ton pulp needs dregs cleaning clarification area 0.85-1.5m2, clarifying volume 1.3-3.1m3
