Material:

The process of hollow piston rod is normally turning process. Our material is mainly CK20 and CK45.

Mechanical properties:

TENSILE STRENGTH=520 MPa

YIELD STRENGTH=400 MPa

Surface Treatment:

Hard chrome plated and cold drawn or ID honed

Chrome thickness: 25±5 MICRON

Surface roughness: Ra=0.2 micron and Rt=2 micro

Chrome plated hardness: 850-1150HV (vickers 100g)

Cohesion:

No craks,breaking or detaching after thermic shock(warming up at 300 celsius degrees and cooling in water)

Corrosion Resistance:

Test in natural salt spray according to ASTM B 117-96hours

Results evaluation according to ISO 4540 RATING 7-10
