Efficient Centrifugal Rotary Small Scraper Thin Film Evaporator/Falling Film Evaporator

The scraper thin-film evaporator is a type of high-efficiency evaporating and distilling equipment that utilizes high-speed rotation to evenly distribute liquid into thin film for evaporation or distillation, which can also be used for operation of deodorizing, defoaming reaction, heating and cooling units. It is widely used in TCM, western medicine, food, light industry, petroleum, chemical, environmental protection and other fields.

Performance and characteristics:

1. High heat transfer coefficient, evaporating capacity, thermal efficiency, and evaporation intensity up to 200kg/m2•hr.

2. Short material heating time (5-10 sec), operated under vacuum condition and favorable to heat sensitive materials, no decomposition of any components, and product quality guaranteed.

3. Applicable to wide range of viscosity. The equipment can be used for high or low viscosity materials, especially materials with viscosity high up to 100,000 CP.

4. The treatment time of material in the evaporator can be adjusted by changing the rotating direction of scraper groove.

5. The inner wall of cylinder in the evaporating segment is finished by precision boring and polishing to avoid coking and scaling.

6. Easy operation, adjustable product index, and automatic continuous production under enclosed condition.
