Cement silo has  been designed in various capacities,stored for cement, grain coal ash and other loose-packed materials. consisted of structure part ,ladder,guardrail, feeding tube,dust collector, pressure relief valve,level gauge,discharge valve and so on.Material level system is equipped to  show clear positon of materials. Split type cement silo is a perfect solution for difficulties such as export loading, onsite silo making and transportation. There are vatious discharging heights such as 1.96m and 4.2m, customization service is available

Daily maintenance:

  1. Filtration system: Check whether the bag inside the dust collector needs to be replaced        

  2. Check cleaning system: According to the different types of dust collector, there are mechanical cleaning mechanism and pulse cleaning mechanism.

  3. Power system: Check whether the induced draft fan is operating normally, and the main fan's daily maintenance (some silo top collectors do not have installed the fan)

  4. Check the sealing of the equipment (to prevent air leakage).
