Q1:If the fan is broken,the headlight will be out?

A1:Other brand normally yes. But SPL headlight can still work.

Q10: From 3000K to 6000K color temp. of headlight, it's same distance for lighting among them?

A10: It's same distance for lighting in normal environment. About 300 meters on high beam, several decametre on low beam. If rainy or foggy weather, more lower color tempt. would be better for light penetration.
