Burnished Square Textured Faux Leather

We are manufacturer of Artificial Faux Leather. Available in various color, Customized, abrasion-resistance; environment-protected; water-proof; tearing-resistant, high durability, antiseptic mildew resistance, flame retardant and etc. Base on customer's requirement, we can produce the thickness from 0.6 mm to 3.0 mm or the non-backing cloth's leather. According to the different bottom cloth, colors, specification and pattern, price will be different.

1. What’s the MOQ?

Normally our MOQ is 500 meters per color. we also support small trial order first to check the quality. If you need us to make your own texture with unique mold tool, the MOQ could be larger.

2. Deposit and Mass production

After the sample is confirmed, we will start mass production when we receive your 30% deposit.

3. Sample Customized

First, you can send us sample, then my factory will produce which meet your need for you for free. Next I will send to you to make sample confirmation. Last the mass production will go on if everything is OK.

4. Environment Test

We can offer test certification for you if you have eco-friendly requirement. Such as Reach, RoHS (Phthalate Free), EN-71-3 Free, Azo Dyes Free, Formaldehyde Free, DMFU&DFMA Free, ASTM-FP63C AZ FREE, PAHs Free, Mould-proof & Antibacterial Free, Phahalates Free etc.

5. Production proceed

6. What is the quality of the product? 

We check all orders meter by meter before packaged (No Shading difference, no scratches, no lines, powders are hard to peel off etc).
