Material: the bucket pin is made of medium carbon alloy steel such as 40Cr, 42CrMo, etc. 

Surface hardness: 48~60HRC

Heat treatment: hardening and tempering, external surface with high or medium frequency quenching

Surface treatment: hard chrome plating, with hardness exceeding HV700; spray ainting

6) Metalworking workshop and then heat, the heat treatment can nearly reach to one thousand Celsius degree after this step.The quality of the product will be firmly strengthened .

7)The inner side grinding of the product, and then the grinding of the outer side .we do this in turn so that we would not do damage to the product
