Luer lock syringe are made of glass. The prefill syringes are break resistant, light weight, 

and transparent. We have more than 10 years of experience with glass material for 

pharmaceutical applications. We also can produce COP material luer lock syringe 

with advanced technology. Luer lock syringe are available from 1ml to 5ml.

Syringes show excellent barrier properties, no ion or heavy metal release, and a lower 

particle level than normal glass. The high moisture barrier enables the long-term storage 

of drugs – even in small containers. Terminal sterilization (autoclaving) after filling is possible.

The integrated luer lock of  luer lock syringe offers superior robustness and ease of 

application for the final user. High design flexibility allows customized solutions. Components
