Boiler drum is processed by laser CNC gas-cutting technology. Preliminary material preparation is conducted as per required drawings dimension, and a thickness gauge is applied for re-checking furnace plate thickness to avoid any error. 

Qualified furnace plates are hoisted into the cylindrical shell workshop for the rolling process of each boiler drum section, during which inspectors are assigned to inspect.

As per welding requirement, different welding technologies are applied to ensure the accurate welding of different connection parts. Upon completion of each weld, ultrasonic testing is conducted to ensure zero flaw or defect of welding lines and eliminate all safety hazards.
