1.This machine uses high-quality turbo reducer to drive the mould go up and down, and runs faster than the old machine to reduce failure rate greatly. This machine increases the motor power to enhance the speed, but goes down smoothly. The vibration, forming and demoulding is totally controlled by the experiences of the operators if you use the old machine. But if you use this new-typed machine, these three actions is totally controlled automatically by the time relay and travel switch.
