Main Features

Advantages

1.This machine uses high-quality turbo reducer to drive the mould go up and down, and runs faster than the old machine to reduce failure rate greatly. This machine increases the motor power to enhance the speed, but goes down smoothly. The vibration, forming and demoulding is totally controlled by the experiences of the operators if you use the old machine. But if you use this new-typed machine, these three actions is totally controlled automatically by the time relay and travel switch. This simplifies the complexity of the operator's work and improves the block brick production.

2.Frame of this machine are all made of high quality square steel which has strong resistance to vibration; Stress areas are all welded closely by high strength steel, which makes its performance more stable than ordinary models.

3.The mold is made of high strength wear resistant steel plate Q345, which extends its service life significantly; Lifting part of molding box installs limiting stopper, avoiding the damage of mold in the process of running.
