Biomass Boiler Dust Collector Filter Bag

The biomass boiler combustion medium is straw, rice straw, firewood, sawdust, peanut shell, shell seeds, beet pulp, bark all abandoned crops, by grinding and mixing extrusion drying process, finally made of granular fuel. Biomass fuel boiler for green coal, is a kind of clean energy. 

The boiler filter bag material has:

1. PPS( polyphenylene sulfide): continue working temperature under 170?, the feature has good flame resistant and abrasion resistant, high heat resistance property, Acid, Alkali resistant. It widely applied in coal boiler, incinerator, dust collecting treatment of fly ash in power plant.    

2. P84(polyimide): continue temperature can resistant 230?, have good strength, air permeability, long service life, more corrosion resistant than other material.

3. PTFE: continue temperature can resistant 240, the performance and price compare P84 is more competitive.

In older to reduce the cost, the following two kinds of boiler dust filter bag can be considered:

1. Fiberglass compound filter bag: the instant temperature can be 260?, but the fiber easy to fold, service life short, the filtration velocity require 0.6 m/min.

2. Aramid filter bag: the instant temperature can be 240?, operation temperature 200?, but corrosion resistant is weak, must be used the gas after desulfurization and deacidification filtration or after corrosion resistant treatment.
