General Introduction

2) An integral architecture of this automatic automotive connector assembly machine consists of a series of sub-assembly devices that performs a respective assembling performance to finish a single process for the entire assembly flow.

3) Designed with PLC and touch panel control system that provide a reliable control method to the whole assembly machine, EN/CN operational menu has been developed that both for domestic and overseas market. The machine alerting system also be designed with to warn the operators if any troubleshooting or failures.

4) Three vibratory bowl feeders are designed to load and feed the plastic housings as well as other plastic elements in a stable speed ,while the pins are loaded and fed through the tape-and-reel device.

Assembly Flow

1) The pin in shapes of square or round are designed to load and feed through a special-designed tape-and-reel device into a position that ready for following process;

2) The plastic housings are designed through a custom-design vibratory bowl feeder in a reliable method;

3) The first row of Pins will be performed to make a barb on them before insertion as special requirement from assembly flow;

The second row of pins are inserted into the plastic housings sequentially after position alignment;

4) The second plastic housing are mounted through a special designed and made mounting devices;

5) A cutting device is made to cut the pins according to assembly flow requirement and complete the entire assembly process.
