Automatic cardboard V grooving machine KLZ-930 is mianly used for making V-shape grooves (skives) onto board cases, it is belong to gift box package production line equipment.Help to fold cardboard into box as more stereo feeling ,so as to update the quality grade of cardboard box.

Application:

It suitable for grooving various models of rigid box, gift box, jewellery box, wine box making , shoe box, chocolate box ,cosmetic box, mobile phone box making machine, chocolate box , sweet box, ect.

Features:

1. After notching, the surface of cardboard is very clean and no dust.
2. The machine is very Economic, total power is 3.0KW only and it is little noise.
3. The machine can produce 110-120pcs cardboard per minute  that feeding by automatic ,it is very fast.
4. The cutting blade can cut about 15000 sheets once time sharpen, then you should to sharp the blade and it is takes about two minutes only. We will supply a sharpen machine by free and it’s very easy to operation.

5. The machine could groove any thickness from 300gsm-3.5mm.

6. It adopts new way of transportation principle. Wrap the cardboard on the entire surface of the drum (The diameter is 60cm), the beating accuracy of drum id 0.03mm,it can guarantee the groove more accurately, no deviation and straightly.

7. The machine has the features of high accuracy, fast speed and durable cutting blade

8. Each cutting blade could move left and right .

9. Double sides position plate are adjustable. The can ensure the precision.

10. The belt press wheel could adjust the pressure of belt.

11. The counter is used for record the number of production.

12. The wheel is use for adjust grooving degree from 80-140.

13. Scrap remove system.
