Model FFW biscuit on edge packing machine
Our biscuit on edge packing is world the fourth generation,with three servo motor control.When the biscuit packing machine woring ,the three servo motors control the side feeder ,film feeding and cutter accordingly,it is very smart.and this machine is adatable for packing different sizes of biscuits, it is very easy to change the sizes.
Mechanical and electrical features of biscuit packaging machine
1. On edge biscuit packing machine is with Servo motor control. Reduce mechanical contact, with lower noise, environmental-friendly
2. PLC control for this packaging machinery, simple structure, easy to maintain
3. All parameter can be set in Digital display, showing bag length, speed, packing and so on.
4. Safety system to protect produce avoid of being cut
5. Double way tracing the photo mark, including forward and rearward, with precision tracing cutter
6. This machine includes two parts of feeding conveyor, side 90 degree conveyor is for easy feeding, and the linar feeding conveyor is for sending biscuits to cutters.
7. There is a supporting conveyor between linar conveyor and end seal ,for stop biscuit from slipping down.
8. With three servo motors, one motor control side feeding conveyor, one motor control film feeding and one motor control cutters.
