Frying Machine

* The supply system of oil adopts steam heating indirectly, which will not pollute the oil.

*Adopts the high-efficiency of heat exchanger can save energy; the steam supply is automatically regulated by an electric control valve and keep the oil in the pan at the right temperature to avoid the oil temperature too high to make the noodle cake fried coke or the oil temperature too low to make the noodle cake fried not enough.

*Adopts six valve to control the import and export volume of pan so that can keep the right temperature in front, middle and last of the pan.

* At the end of the frying machine, there is a set of oil blowing device to further reduce the oil content of the noodle cake and lower the temperature.

*The frying machine of automatic frying noodle line needs cleaning, it can be lifted up and down by lifting system.

Working Principle:

Using the heat exchanger to add the oil temperature to 150 degrees before opening the frying machine. After switched on the machine, the noodle cake fall into the chain box which are transported by the dividing machine. The chain cover and the box should simultaneous movement when the noodle cake into the oil pot. Because it can avoid the noodle cake floating off the chain box. The chain box cover is separated from the chain box when the noodle cake floated. The whole process needs 90 seconds. The tapping device strikes the chain repeatedly and shaking the chain box, noodle separated and falling into the reforming machine.
