Automatic saw is the equipment that comes after extruder aluminum profile. This machine features high automation, ease of operation, steady, safe and reliable operation, as well as high efficiency, low power consumption, low noise. The machine adopts PLC and servomotor network control.


With several cutting modes:

1. Manual cutting under any mode

2. Fixed-length cutting

3. Profile lapping defect cutting

4. Cutting more than one piece every time (can be set as 2 pieces/3 pieces/4 pieces). This machine is used to replace traditional manual saw cutting, achieving the goal of continuous outputting materials, increasing productivity quality. It is presently the best equipment option in the aluminum extrusion industry.

5. Intelligent: Equipped with advanced control system, touch screen human-machine interface, with real-time display of saw parameters and system status, with intelligent diagnosis of system equipment failure, for ease of maintenance.

6. New-type saw seat walking design uses servo motor for saw driving. Adopts primary and secondary tracks, with primary track for positioning and secondary track for guiding, so that saw seat friction is lower, speed raising is fast and steady, and saw seat walking is smooth and quiet, and saw seat accurately synchronizes with extrusion speed.

7. Cylinder reset elevation type carrier roller design. Saw table is always even with the uniformly distributed carrier roller surface. When carrier roller meets walking saw head, it will automatically go down to avoid it. Roller goes up and down quietly and smoothly.

8. Saw blade raises speed fast and steadily, with low power consumption; guided sawdust collection system automatically collects sawdust into material tank, avoiding scattering of sawdust.

9. Equipped with minimal fog lubrication system, for smooth cutting, long service life if saw blade, and cutting without smoking.
