1) IQC
Raw materials are tested about size,tolerance,hardness,exterior,structure,destructive testing and TPTDP. Every data we record and investgate, in order to select outstanding suppliers.
2) FAI
After tested size,tolerance,exterior,reliability,load-bearing and tension,we pick up conformity product and report place it in front of machines,the following-up products will strict made according to that quality standard.
3) IPQC
QC check the quality every 20-30min, or even 5-10 mins depends on requirements. According to SOP, quality been strict demand.
4) FQC
According to MLL-STD-105E standard, we will check the quality again.
5) OQC
Quality,packing,quantity and mark will check again before delivery.
