Toptech Titanium provide commercially pure titanium bar and titanium alloy bar,which is from our melting titanium ingots. We can keep the stable quality . With strict quality control , we will make chemical composition and mechanical properties detection ,to ensure the material conforming to ASTM B348/ASME SB348 specification. To every product, we will do ultrasonic flaw detection to make sure that there are no defects inside the bars.Visual inspection to check surface quality,ensuring without flaw,black dotand any other defects. Due to its high local corrosion and uniform corrosion in water, as well as high fatigue limit and good corrosion waste limit, and enough fracture toughness,it is used in the shipbuilding industry for structure.In the oil industry is mainly for all kinds of containers, reactor, distillation tower, pipe, pump and valve; in the chemical industry, manufacturing machinery parts, telecommunications equipment, hard alloy;It can also be used as electrode and condenser of power plant and environmental pollution control devices.Many bars stock are available. We also maintain a large stock of titanium ingots and are able to fulfill orders with short lead times.

Titanium Bar & Rod is our very competitive products . Size from Dia.6.25 to Dia.450mm ×R/L(Up to 6000mm) is available, and the length can be cut to any customer’s requested size .Bar shapes include Round, Rectangular, Square and Hexangular . We supply Ti CP bars& rods Grade1, Grade 2,Grade 3, Grade 4, and other major titanium alloys Including Ti-6Al-4V(Grade5), Ti-3Al-2.5V(Grade9), Ti-0.2Pb(Grade7,Grade11), Ti-0.3Mo-0.8Ni(Grade12), Ti-6Al-4V ELI(Grade23). Many bars stock are available. We also maintain a large stock of titanium ingots and are able to fulfill orders with short lead times.

(1) grade 1 can be used in the drawing parts for its good elongation and excellent corrosion-resistance.

(2) grade 2 is used most widely in the commercially pure titanium

(3) grade 3 is almost used in pressure,vessel.

(4) grade 4 can be used in some fittings parts and fastening pieces, but for complex shape need 300 degree celsius to form.

(5) Alloy grade 5(Ti-6Al-4V) widely used in the titanium alloys because of its comprehensive mechanical and chemical properties.

(6) Alloy grade 7 add little palladium in cp titanium and it has the most excellent corrosion-resistance,of course it costs higher.

(7) Alloy grade 9(Ti-3Al-2.5V) is the most widely used in the golf clubs and bicycle girders.

(8) Alloy grade 23, ELI(extra low interstitial),can be used in the medical appliance.

Quality Assurance

Ensuring our customers get the satisfying products,we have a professional quality inspection team and advanced testing equipment to make below testings:

 Chemical Composition Detection making sure all chemical component conform to specification; 

 Mechanical Properties testing making sure all titanium bars conform to specification before delivery;

 100% Ultrasonic Flaw Detection to every product ,making sure there are no defects inside;

 Visual inspection to check surface quality,ensuring without flaw,black dot and any other defects.

 Supply the chemical composition and mechanical properties testing report from Baoti Test Center.

Delivery time and Payment term 

 We maintain many bars in stock ,and also maintain a large stock of titanium ingots . We are able to fulfill orders with short lead times. Our monthly capacity could reach 50 tons.

 To new customers, we make 30% advance, 70 % T/T before shipment; To old customers, there will be no advance, 100% is paid T/T before shipment. Or 100% irrevocable L/C will be acceptable.

Packaging and Delivery

Generally, we pack the titanium bar using crate box with plastic bag. We could deliver the goods according to customer’s request shipping method by air, or by sea , or DHL / Fedex /UPS express,
