Assembly Type Tunnel Kiln

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Assembly Type Tunnel Kiln is the new type kiln for brick making industries. Assembly Type tunnel kiln has the obvious advantages of low cost and short construction period. Computer technology allows kiln car move through the kiln to be controlled for changes in firing curves and firing temperatures. This increases the product recovery and minimizes production disruptions. Automation controls can be programmed to make firing changes for different product.

PRODUCT FEATURE

1. Cost saving:

A)  Foundation are simple and less concrete due to light weight kiln body(total weight of  kiln is approx. 300tons).  You can save a lot of investment on building material and labor cost.  

B)  Less than 8 technicians within two months construction period which could save a lot of labor cost, tickets fee, accommodation , visa fee and management cost. Normal masonry tunnel kiln : 20-40 technicians for construction for 6-12 month.

C)  Transport cost is less due to light weight.  Only a few containers  will be enough for whole kiln body.

2. Time saving:  

Assembly Type tunnel kiln: less than 2 months

Normal masonry tunnel kiln/ Hoffman kiln: 6 months-12 months

3. Standardization:

Structure and ceramic fiber are all in standard assemblable modules

and  has been standard assemblies, therefore all the firing holes,

 temperaturing and monitoring holes with accurate position which 

ensure the accurate operation. 

While normal masonry tunnel kiln: Constructed by labor in the factory

 site, and not  easy for quality control.

4. Easy maintenance:

Structure and ceramic fiber are all in standard assemblable modules,  plus

ceramic fiber is  very light in weight and pre-fabricated, all these makes

maintenance  very conveniently. Just remove the target module  and put

the new one in, do not need professional technician for maintenance work.

5. Better insulation:

After heated, ceramic fiber expand and seal all seams between module

parts, which makes modular kiln more sealed than common kiln, and it

 could speed up the heating of internal kiln and increase the production.

Answer: clay,mud,gangue,shale etc.

Answer: it need above 20,000 square meters,the land area relate with capacity
