1)Q: Can you provide me your catalogue?

A:Yes, no problem. Just offer us your detailed contact info. for us to send it in 24 hours. And it would be better if you can tell us you want glass ornament or resin water ball, sculpture/figurines.

2)Q: How do we make our own design? How about the sample fee and sample time?

A:Just offer us your artwork, no matter it’s 3D/2D, or sketch, or even ideas and detailed descriptions. It costs us$200 per style to sculpture the 1st clay in 7days and modify the clay until you approved it, make the sample mold and complete painted samples in another 10-14days, open the production mold.

3)Q: Can I have some samples to check the quality? What is the time and cost? How to deliver?

A:If existing glass items or small resin figurine items, we can offer 1-2ps for free for you to review the quality in one week. For big sculpture, we can offer 1pc for you to review the quality at 1.5-2.0 times of bulk price in 10days, becuase we have cost to pack them very safely to avoid the breakage in long transportation. The delivery method will be depends on you, but we suggest to choose international express in 5 days. You can use your own express A/C or prepay the frieght fees to us if you’d like to use our express A/C.

4)Q: How about your quality guarantee?

A:You can send QC to our factory to inspect the goods before delivery, and iff the goods arrvied with breakage or very serious defects in our fault, we can replace the goods to you, but please ensure you will take enough photos as proof when you receive the damaged package, or show us all the defective products.
