1. How can I get some samples?

1) We are honored to offer you samples.Sampling will take 1-3 days.The quantity of sample request depend on categories of product.There is no charge for the samples in small amount,We only ask for the courier cost.Please use PayPal /via bank transfer for payment.

2) Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your DHL collection account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company.

2. How does your factory do regarding quality control?

Quality is priority! Every worker keeps the QC from the very beginning to the very end: We have ISO quality control system, and relative recorder kept.

1) All raw material we used are after checking and inspection;

2) Skillful workers care every detail in the whole production and packing process;

3) Quality- control department is responsible for quality checking in each process specially.

3.Are you a trade company or manufacturer?

4.What is your payment terms for formal order ?

The quotation based on FOB term. 30%~50% prepaid when order confirmed, the balance T/T before delivery.

5.How long will it take to receive my order if i pay deposit?
This depends on the complexity of your products. Generally,delivery time is 25-35 days(from the date of design and order approval.) Certain package needs a little long time, so delivery time can not be fixed.

6.Do you provide design service?

We provide OEM/ODMservice. But not including logo design. Please provide your ideal design reference to us. We have assembled a team of graphic designers, ready to help you develop the look that is right for your brand.

7.Can we provide formulation and ingredients?

YES, if your project requires special needs, please let us know of your requirement. Since we have our own R&D team, we can modify and add ingredients also give advice on it. Custom packaging design is also available.
