Heat treatment: T6 (quenching + tempering): enhance aluminum alloy mechanical property, can replace steel in some application.

Material according to GB standard (ZL101 to ZL401), EN standard (EN-AC 421000 to EN-AC 71000) and ASTM standard.

CNC machining in 4 axles machining center, finish machining job in one time mounting.
