Alkaline Cleaner

Wise 899E is a liquid alkaline universal cleaning solution developed for multi-metal products such as copper, aluminum, iron, stainless steel and the like. It has no adverse effect on the material, does not contain silicon, and has excellent cleaning properties.

Traits:

Appearance: Colorless to yellowish transparent liquid

Composition: Special non-anionic surfactants, additives, such as blending aqueous solution

PH: 9 (5%)

Solubility: Easily soluble in cold water

Features and uses:

1. On the stamping, cutting and other metal processing, has good cleaning power for the processing oil, anti-rust oil, cutting oil, lubricating oil, release agent such as these residue oil.

2. No corrosion or discoloration of copper, aluminum and their alloys.

3. Liquid water-soluble system, the use of good safety during operation, and good biodegradability

4. Wise 899E, with long life, quick cleaning.

Instructions:

According to different materials have different effects, please prepare before use to confirm the test, the cleaning conditions can be adjusted according to the amount of oil and the state. The following reference conditions please refer to use.

Concentration: 5 ~ 10%

Operating temperature: 50 ~ 55 ?

Washing and drying after Immersion or ultrasonic cleaning. It is suggested to remove the oil floating on the surface of the cleaning liquid manually or remove the oil by removal system with the equipment.

TFT-LCD backlight, precision auto parts, aluminum piston, capacitor shell, battery aluminum shell, computer case, mobile phone accessories, PCB aluminum bracket, aluminum die casting, plating and other cleaning before cutting, stamping products.
