This serial products is suitable for heat testing of electrical insulating materials, electronic components, plastics products/air aging test.

Case structure

Ventilator-aging test box used CNC machining shape, elegant, innovative and with no reaction, and easy operation.

Box liner using high stainless steel (SUS304) or 304B produced by argon arc welding, Cabinet adopted A3 bile plate spray, adding textured appearance and cleanliness.

Ventilator-aging test chamber with temperature controlled protection of intelligent microcomputer controller, timer, temperature control is accurate and reliable.

Attached lights to keep the box bright large observation Windows, and the use of tempered glass, clear observation box at any time.

Hot air circulation system by continuous operation at high temperature fans and special air duct, and indoor temperature uniformity.

Ageing installations equipped with low speed dials.

Cabinet adopted Superfine glass fibre insulation wool insulation, you can avoid unnecessary energy loss.

Ventilator-aging test chamber enclosure equipped with 50mm testing-hole on the left side, available for an external test power lines and signal lines to use.

Time and frequency of ventilation can be set freely.
