ACR

ACR (Acrylic Processing Aid) is suitable for outdoor products . with the apparent density of 0.33-0.55g/cm3. ACR could insoluble in water, ethanol, and soluble in chloroform, butanone, etc. ACR is uesed to enhance PVC processing based on high molecular weight methacrylate/ acrlate polymers. ACR is fully compatible with PVC and provide high transparency. Acrylic process aids will promote PVC fusion and homogeneity. Melt strength and elasticity can be fully monitored through the proper selection of the process aids.
