Acrylic water based waterproof coating applied on substrates, to form a firm, soft and seamless sealing film by chemical reaction with moisture in the air

Features

?Operation

Direction

1.The substrate should be smooth, solid, clean and dry, without sharp concave and convex points.

2.Making precoating seal processing of the nozzle, roof gutter, eaves gutter, Yin and Yang Angle of node location that within the scope of construction

3.Spread the material such as gridding cloth or non-woven fabric to strengthen the basement during gluing.

4.Apply the coating with several (2-3) times, thin coating per time. When the first coat isn’t sticky, the second coat can be applied. The second coat should be applied in vertical direction to the first coat.

5.The strengthen base material should be smooth on the wet coating, then gluing the surface adequately to form a chemical protective membrane. The thickness of coating should be less than 1.0mm from top to bottom.

a)At room temperature, the completely drying time is about 2-3 days.

b)It would take more time to cure at no ventilation or damp environment

Attention of operation

1.Not gluing at the temperature lower than 5?? 

2.Not gluing at rain, snow and sandstorm days.

3.Cleaning: Water cleaning the uncured coatings that cling to the clothes and tools.Remove the cured coating in mechanical way.

4.Security: This product is water-based non-toxic, please wearing gloves and makes other protective measure when gluing.
