900 Psi Repair Clamp

    

Product Features:
900 Psi Repair Clamp is designed for the repair of high pressure pipe.Cross-section of Split+Sleeve shows location of longitudinal packing and patented steel GirderRings which hold packing securely in place to prevent its displacement during installation. The standard working pressure is 64 bar while actual working pressure could reach 100 bar or 140 bar. It also can be made according to other special requirements. All the HRC Clamps are tested under 1.5times than design working pressure. Sectional view of circumferential GirderRings show how they make displacement of packing impossible by securely supporting and holding it in place. The standard material of sealing rubber ring is EPDM and NBR. Other like Fluorine rubber, and silica gel are also available.
Some sizes and lengths not listed are available upon request.
