Here the 48v 12Ah battery is for replacing lead acid battery in China.Electric scooters and heavy duty e-bikes are still using lead acid battery in most of areas.We are using Chinese 18650 cells to make this battery, firstly we have lower cost to compare with cheap lead acid battery.Secondly we use same terminals to replace lead acid battery with no accident.

And we have improved the production machines in 2017, once we had the sample final model, our automatic welding machine will make thousands of this battery in short time.This automatic welding machine has fault inspection function.It can find and revise the fault,which is better than semi-automatic welding machine.
