Small Sized Ball Valve

Huachao Small Sized Ball Valve are designed and manufactured strictly to International Standards API 6D, ASME B16.34, BS 5351 or Equivalent, Featured with compact structure & Tight Shut-off service, Designed with Fire-safe, Anti-static and Blow-out, Available in both Full and reduce ports, Huachao offers small sized ball valves in One piece uni-body, two piece split body and three piece bolted body.

2PC Ball Valve

Huachao offers 2PC Ball Valve both in Forged and Investment Castings. The Valve can be equipped with ISO Standard Support Platform, locking device and 90° switch locating mechanism. the Valve can be thus be locked as required to prevent accidental operations. There are three drive modes: manual, electric and pneumatic.

Size range 1/4” through 4”

Working pressure: 1000WOG, 2000WOG, 3000WOG, ANSI#150 to 2500

Standards compliance: API 6D, BS 5351, ASME B16.34, DIN 3202

Material: Stainless Steel Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Duplex, Nicked Alloy

Ball: SS304 or 316 or as customer’s requirement

Adjustable stem packing

Temperature range: -60 to 450°F

Seat material: PTFE, RPTFE, NYLON DEVLON, PEEK, metal hard seal.

Ends Connections: Flanged, Threaded, Welded Ends according to international standards

Port: Full Port or Reduce Bore

Optional Locking Device 

100% leakage tested at 100 PSI Air under water
