Application:

This machine is designed to handle Plastic Screw Cap, Click-Lac cap and Flex Band Cap for round shape containers.

Features:

Machine construction is made by SUS# 304 and aluminum alloy

Mitsubishi PLC Control System with digital touch screen

Capping head with variable speed AC motor.

Cap chute with photo sensor, machine will stop automatically while no cap.

Different size of cap, the change-over parts is required

Options:

1.Bottle star-wheel for 2nd size of bottle. 

2.Vibratory bowl and cap chute for 2nd of cap. 

3.Capping head for 2nd size of cap.

4.Cap hopper with elevator conveyor for supplying caps into cap sorter.

5.Safety cover for protecting the operator during capping.
