• Paste the film on Please check with us if we have the pattern you  want.If not ,we could open mould accordingly)

• Punching holes and radius corner ,fit the sign blanks into the  stands

 Hot dip galvanized steel swing stand 1200x900mm
 Swap out signs quickly and easily as you need them by simply unscrewing  bolts.
 Rugged hot dip galvanizing prevents rust in frame as wells fixing bolts.
 Plastic end caps gives professional finish and prevents water being  retained in frame 
  

Sign sheet material :Aluminum or Galvanized steel

• Steel is a more  economical alternative to aluminum; it is also more sturdy and does not need  reinforcement. Rusting can be prevented by applying a coat of zinc to the steel blank.

• Aluminum will not rust,  but it is very lightweight and must be reinforced with metal braces along the  back. It is the most expensive blank option.
