12 lead 24 hour cardiac holter system

Landcom SuperHolter 3-Channel/12-Lead 24-Hour Dynamic ECG System is a new-generation ECG product which is first created in our country. Its storage media is Compact Flash Card (CF Card for short) with super-large capacity, which can really fulfill 12-Lead 24-Hour All-information Synchronized Non-packed Recording and assure high Reliability and high Precision of records. Apart from functions of Conventional Arhythmia and ST-T Analysis, the 12-Lead Holter also features in Heart Rate Variability (HRV) Analysis Function, in which HRV Analysis follows international standards and can provide the following analysis modes as well as multiple analysis indicators: Time Domain, Frequency Domain and Nonlinearity.

FEATURES

1. 24-Hour All-information Synchronized Non-packed Recording can really be fulfilled for standard 3-Channel/12-Lead ECG, which can make ECG recorded factually and accurately;

2. No Realtime Analysis will be performed in records, which can assure validity and integrity of data records;

3. The recorded ECG datum will not lose in case of accidental power-off and the recording can be continued when power is on again;

4. Dimension of the recorder is about 108×64×24mm3 and its weight is only 100g or so. Humanization Appearance Design is adopted and it is portable and convenient to wear;

5. The Recorder is equipped with an LCD Screen. Operator can know the ECG quality after wearing it, which can make it possible to regulate the device timely;

6. Only one piece of LR6-Type (Size 5) 1.5V Alkaline Battery  is needed in one recording, which is portable and easy to shop;

7. Automatic Analysis and Fence Analysis are adopted during the course of analysis, which can assure the analysis being performed accurately and quickly;

8. In the analysis, each Heart Beat can be categorized pursuant to templates and Instant HR Trend Graph can be displayed dynamically;

9. It features in 24-Hour All-information ECG Review Function;

10. It features in analysis & process functions for 3-Channel/12-Lead 24-Hour ST-T Deflection. Meanwhile, it can display ST-T Displacement and forms realtimely;

11. It can provide Trend Graph of 3-Channel/12-Lead 24-HourST-T Displacement that is totalized via minutes;

12. HRV Analysis can be done in accordance with international standards, in which the following three kinds of Analysis Modes and multiple Analysis Indicators can be provided: Time Domain, Frequency Domain and Nonlinearity.

About Recorder

I. General

Model HS-3S3/HS-3S12 Recorder is a new-generation 3-Channel/12-Lead 24-Hour Dynamic ECG Recorder. Its kernel is an Intel 16-bit Single Chip Computer, whose storage media is Compact Flash Card (CF Card). It features in small volume, small weight, large capacity, high reliability, long duration, high-quality record waveform and etc, which has overcome defects in traditional solid Holter Recorder. Therefore, it is an idealistic Holter Recorder.

Model HS-3S3/HS-3S12 Recorder has the following characteristics:

1. 24-Hour All-information Synchronized Non-packed Recording can be actually fulfilled to standard 3-Channel/12-Lead ECG, for which the data record is believable and accurate;

2. No Real-time Analysis will be done in recording, in order to assure the record ECG believable and complete;

3. The recorded ECG datum will not lose in case of accidental power-off and the recording can be continued when power is on again;

4. Dimension of the recorder is about 108×64×24mm³ and its weight is only 100g or so. Humanization Appearance Design is adopted and it is portable and convenient to wear;

5. The Recorder is equipped with an LCD Screen. Operator can know record quality after wearing it, which can make it possible to regulate the device timely;

Neither process nor Real-time Analysis will be done to original ECG signals in Model HS-3S3/HS-3S12 Recorder. Analysis to Arhythmia and ST-T will be performed in the computer. Therefore, high-performance (with a configuration higher than PIII 800MHz) computer can be utilized on account of its predominance in high speed and large RAM capacity, which can assure the analysis results more reliable. In the computer, 24-Hour ECG Full-view Graph and Standard ECG Waveform of any Heart Beat at any time can be loaded completely without missing.

II. Structure of Model HS-3S3/HS-3S12 Recorder

1. Recorder Appearance

Model HS-3S3/HS-3S12 Recorder is a small rectangle box with Humanization Appearance, whose outline dimension is 108×64×24mm³ and weight is 100g. Detailed information can be shown as follows (Ref: Figure of Appearance of Model HS-3S3/HS-3S12 Recorder):

2. Patient Cable Interface

Model HS-3S3/HS-3S12 Recorder is equipped with standard 3-Channel 7-core/12-Lead 10-core patient Cable.

3. LCD Screen

It can be used to monitor parameters and ECG quality for convenience in regulating timely.

4. “(Function)” Key and “(Enter)” Key

Two keys are configured on the left of Model HS-3S3/HS-3S12 Recorder, detailed functions and operations of which are as follows:

1. After Recorder battery is installed, if the system works normally, “Self-test is Running” and present Recorder time will be display cyclically. Then, the system will enter main menu to display the first menu option: “Start Record”.

Notes: If press “(Enter)” Key at this time, the Recorder will begin to record. If Recorder ECG are not cleared, neither Recorder configuration modification nor monitoring ECG can be done.

2. When the first menu option of main menu “Start Record” is displayed, press “Function” Key, and the Recorder will display the following menu options cyclically:

Start Record

Display ECG

Set Time

Set Date

3. When “Start Record” is displayed, press “Enter” Key, and the recorder will begin to record ECG. Meanwhile, present time will be real-time displayed (Time display format: --Hour--Minute--Second).

4. When Model HS-3S3 Recorder is displaying “Display ECG”, press “Enter” Key, and channel options of the menu of “Display ECG ” will be shown as follows: CH1, CH2 and CH3. Press “Function” Key to select a channel to be monitored. Then press “Enter” Key, and ECG from the corresponding channel will be displayed. If you change to monitor ECG to a different channel, it is only necessary to press “Function” Key, when an ECG is been displaying, the menu will go to the upgrade menu if the Function is pressed again.

5. When Model HS-3S12 Recorder is displaying “Display ECG”, press “Enter” Key, and channel options of the menu of “Display ECG” will be shown as follows: I, II, III, aVR, aVL, aVF, V1, V2, V3, V4, V5 and V6. Press “Function” Key to select a Channel to be monitored. Then press “Enter” Key and ECG of the corresponding lead will be displayed. If you change to monitor ECG to a different channel, it is only necessary to press” Function” Key. Select the name of the channel and press the “Enter’’ key.

6. When the menu option of “Set Time” is displayed, press “Enter” Key to set time, when the cursor is blinking at corresponding position of numbers of hours and minutes on the LCD screen. The numbers can be changed with “Function” Key (Range: 0~23). Cursor position can be moved with “Enter” Key. After the time setting is finished, press “Enter” Key to return to the previous level of menu. In the time setting, second is a non-movable menu option.

7. Operation of “Set Date” is the same as that in “Set Time”. Date display format is: --Year--Month--Date.

8. After entering the recording status, any one of “Function” Key and “Enter” Key can be used as a “MARK” Key to mark the time of ECG events.

Notes: Model HS-3S3/HS-3S12 Recorder is equipped with one Button Battery inside to record time, designed duration of which is 5 years. If users find no time display in the course of operation, please contact with its manufacturer. Users can never disassemble it by themselves.

5. Indication Lamp

Model HS-3S3/HS-3S12 Recorder is equipped with Working Status Indication Lamps beside its patient Cable Interface. When “Start Record” is displayed on LCD Screen of the Recorder, press “Enter” Key, and the Recorder will begin to record, during which a green Status Indication Lamp will started to light once per 4s.

6. Battery

One piece of LR6-TYPE (SIZE 5) 1.5V Alkaline Battery can assure Model HS-3S3/HS-3S12 Recorder working for 24-Hour continuously.

Notes: It is prohibited to use rechargeable battery or ordinary Zinc-Manganese battery. Otherwise, the Recorder might be damaged or recording time might be influenced.

7. CF Card and Memory Card Handle

Slightly press and push battery cover in opposite direction against patient wire interface, and the battery cover will be opened. Push down Memory Card Handle horizontally forward  towards the patient wire interface, and the CF Card will jump out. On the contrary, keep colorful printing side of the CF Card upward. Plug the CF Card horizontally into the card slot in the direction of channel wire interface. Up till now, the CF Card installation procedure is finished. In Model HS-3S3 Recorder, a 128MB CF Card is provided to record the 3 Channel  24-Hour ECG Datum; In Model HS-3S12 Recorder, a 256MB CF Card is used to record the 12 lead 24-Hour ECG Datum.
