10kv or 35kv Distribution Transformer

Distribution transformer is defined as a transformer that can make voltage down to be suitable for working of electrical equipments. This kind of transformer is normally used for daily lighting and factory power, and low voltage is usually not more than 0.4kv. Capacity of transformer is usually small which is below 2500KVA and voltage is not more than 35KV. 

Not like other transformer, ours are without oil conservator, and heat dissipation is effected through fin plates of corrugated oil tank, which makes oil isolated from the air. 

Workmanship and features:

1.Our distribution transformer designed by CAD and confirm to IEC60076 standard.

2.The iron core uses cold rolled grain oriented silicon steel sheet, and the iron core is fabricated by workmanship of step-lap from Germany GEOGE iron core automatic production line. The corrugated oil tank is made by Germany GEOGE production line, which surface processing liquid and coating powder are all international brand, and it is processed via degrease, acid pickling, parkerising, and electrophoresis, then coated powder, and high temperature solidified to make surface of transformer enforced of anti-corrosion. 

3.Coil of distribution transformer uses high strength varnished wire (or paper covered wire) winding, ampere-turn distributed smoothly, reasonable insulation structure, which makes it high anti short circuit capability. Body of transformer is with free hanging core structure, and seals use superior polyacrylate rubber, which can prevent light and heat aging.
