Vortex Flowmeter(Flange Type/Clamp Type)


Introduction 

DCFL3000 series smart vortex flow meter has little pressure loss, broad span range and high accuracy. It is not under influence of density, pressure, temperature and viscocity when measuring volumetric flow. It has no movable mechanical parts with high reliability and little maintenance.

 

DCFL3000 series smart vortex flow meter is mainly used to measure flow rate of fluid in industrial pipeline, such as gas, liquid and steam. It has the following features : little pressure loss; wide measuring range; high accuracy; nearly not influenced by fluid density, pressure and temperature when measuring volumetric flow rate under working condition. Because of no moving mechanical parts it has high reliability and little maintenance. Parameters of instrument can keep stable for long time. This instrument uses a kind of sensor which can work under the temperature ranging from -25°C to +250°C. It has both analog signal output and digital pulse output, can easily go with digital system such as computer.
