Size Range Width within 800mm; Length   with no restrict(less than 2m)

Thickness 70/90/100/120/150micron   (50-200micron accept custom)

Sealing Temp Range 120°C-175°C


Feature

Middle Barrier:

  • PA surface layer, good puncture resistance;

  • PE layer direct  contact food, very healthy;

  • 2 PA barrier layers, middle barrier performance;

  • Oxygen transmission rate less than 50 cm3/m2.d.bar;

  • Moisture transmittance less than 5 g/m2.d;

  • mLLDPE sealing layer, with excellent sealing performance;

High Barrier:

  • 3 PA  layers totally and PA surface layer, perfect puncture resistance;

  • EVOH layer and 3 PA barrier layers, high barrier performance;

  • PE layer direct  contact food, very healthy;

  • Oxygen transmission rate less than 1 cm3/m2.d.bar

  • Moisture transmittance less than 5 g/m2.d;

  • mLLDPE sealing layer, with excellent sealing performance;
